Nicola is a qualified Naturopath, Medical Herbalist & Nutritionist, and a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher with 15 years of clinical experience. She has a Bachelor of Health Science (Complimentary Medicine) from Charles Sturt University in Sydney, Australia.

Over the last 15 years she has added to her passion for natural therapies becoming a PSYCH-K® Facilitator, Spiritual Mentor, Author and Speaker.

Her philosophy is to use a means that resonates with her clients so that they can reduce the stressors in their lives, becoming healthy, happy and living in a way that is more aligned with their inner self, topping up their inner mojo.
