When people ask what I do, I usually say I'm a naturopath—but the truth is, that's only part of the story.
For more than 17 years I've had the privilege of supporting people through some of the most challenging times in their lives. I believe true wellness comes from looking at the whole person. Our bodies, minds and emotions are deeply interconnected, and when we understand those connections, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible. My role is to listen, guide and empower you with practical tools and natural therapies that support your health for the long term.
I believe our bodies are incredibly intelligent. Symptoms are often our body's way of asking us to pay attention, rather than something to simply suppress. Physical health, emotional wellbeing, lifestyle, beliefs and energy are all interconnected, and lasting change often comes from looking at the bigger picture.
My professional journey began with a Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine), qualifying as a Naturopath, Medical Herbalist and Nutrition. Over the years I expanded my practice to include Reiki, becoming a Reiki Master Teacher, and later trained as a PSYCH-K® Facilitator. Each modality has added another layer to how I support my clients, allowing me to tailor my approach to what resonates most with each individual.
Alongside my clinical work, I supervise third-year naturopathy students at South Pacific College of Natural Medicine and serve on the Board of Directors for Reiki NZ. Supporting the next generation of practitioners is something I genuinely enjoy, as it allows me to share both knowledge and experience.
During the Covid lockdown I discovered another passion—writing. What began as a creative outlet became another way to reach and support people beyond the clinic.
My latest book, Be Your Own Best Friend, was written from both the heart of a mother and the experience of a practitioner. Raising two neurodivergent teenagers with anxiety, alongside years of working with young people in clinical practice, showed me just how much today's teens need practical, compassionate support. My hope is that every young person who reads it feels more confident, resilient and able to trust themselves.

Whether we're working together in a consultation, a workshop, or through one of my books, my goal is always the same—to help you understand your body, reconnect with yourself, and feel empowered to create lasting wellbeing.
I'd love to be part of your journey.
