I understand things happen which may result in you needing to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, I do appreciate a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, which enables me to allocate the time to another client who is in need of the appointment.

In-clinic cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, may incur a charge of $25 to cover clinic room charges.
